Moderator
Sean Ingram, Senior Vice President, FirstService Residential
Sean has over a decade of experience in property management. He is the Senior Vice President and Managing Broker for FirstService Residential BC. He is a frequent public speaker on all things property management and is an advocate for advancing education on living in and operating multi-family properties.
Speaker
Tony Esposito joined BFL Canada in 2014, and currently leads the Real Estate Claims team. He began his insurance career as a claims adjuster for a national property and casualty insurance company before pursuing an independent adjusting role for an international firm. Tony’s focus has been to create more efficient processes, and workflows to further improve the claims experience by those affected by a loss. Tony’s experience in claims has provided the skills to facilitate claims and advocate on behalf of the client successfully.
In addition to his hands on efforts with claims, Tony continues to educate clients on the available insurance products by participating at industry seminars, events and strata/condo meetings.

Maria Lizabeth (Liza) Burley is a Senior Business Development Specialist on the Broker Partnerships team at ARAG Legal Solutions Inc., the largest family-owned insurer in Germany. ARAG operates within 19 countries and has over 4,700 employees worldwide.
Liza brings over 20 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance to ARAG. She has earned her CAIB designation and a Bachelor of Science degree.
Since 2017, Liza has led the Strata/Condo programs at ARAG. As a specialist leader, she has significantly raised public awareness about the importance of legal expense insurance to ARAG’s clients across Canada. Before joining ARAG, Liza held various leadership roles at insurers and brokerages, where her ability to connect with people contributed significantly to the success of those companies.
Liza is also a passionate member of a non-profit organization supporting families with children experiencing childhood cancer and blood disorders.
