Nichole Brackett
Nichole joined Sense Engineering in 2014, after having previously worked with both Brennan and Ted. Nichole is a building envelope (building enclosure) engineer with more than 10 years of experience in both new construction and restoration consulting. Nichole is a key member of the restoration and building enclosure teams in the Vancouver office and plays a supportive technical role to the other offices across the country.
Paul Murcutt
Paul began his insurance career at BFL in 2003 and has worked in various leadership capacities with both the client service and broking teams. Today, Paul is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations in the Real Estate Division. He manages a large team that provides service and support to our real estate clients and leads BFL’s real estate strategic initiatives. Paul’s focus is on enhancing operations to achieve business growth. He is an active volunteer with many industry associations including the past president of the Canadian Condominium Institute and he is a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker.
Ashley Campbell
Ashley has spent several years working in the Canadian building industry, developing a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by strata councils and property managers. His background in marketing, communications, and stakeholder engagement has enabled him to design and lead campaigns that connect members with valuable resources, information, and industry partners. In addition to his professional experience, Ashley brings governance expertise from serving on various boards, including the VRCA Board of Directors.
