When your strata corporation joins CCI BC, you will have the opportunity to register for and participate in educational seminars and courses designed to inform you of your duties and responsibilities as a strata council and understand how your strata council should operate and function.

  • CCI BC Membership will enable you to keep informed and up to date on changes to government legislation. In addition, our newsletters, seminars and educational materials provide you with the knowledge and information you need to protect your investment and to live in more harmony with your fellow owners.

Strata Corporation Membership

Strata Council Members have a substantial responsibility to govern and manage their Strata Corporation properly and effectively. They are called upon each day to make prudent and effective business decisions that affect the lives of all residents in their Strata. Council Members need not feel they are alone. Through membership in CCI BC, the entire Strata Corporation benefits from education and information as well as the experience of hundreds of other Strata Council Members and professionals.
