
Sean Ingraham
Sean has been with FirstService Residential for over a decade and led many departments and company initiatives. He has built enduring relationships both internally and externally and is passionate about continuing to improve the management of housing in Canada.
Since joining FirstService Residential in 2009, Sean has been a tremendous advocate for growing and continuously improving the business. As Senior Vice President, he leads the Investment Properties and Community Development teams.
Sean also provides Strata and Rental consulting to Developers and Asset Management companies – both in the early stages of development, right into occupancy. As such, he has assisted with 10,000+ homes and numerous commercial developments across Canada.
He holds a university degree in Business Administration and is licensed under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia as a Strata Representative and Managing Broker for FirstService Residential BC. As a strata manager, he managed a variety of complex strata projects, including new construction, mixed-use, and hotels.
Sean is a frequent public speaker on Property Management; he also sits on many boards, including CCI Vancouver. When not working, Sean is kept busy with home renovations and three young children.

Paul Johnson
Paul is the Fire Prevention Officer for the Kelowna Fire Department whose primary duties are supervising the inspectors, investigators, and the public educator of the Department. Paul started in the fire service since 1988 as a paid-on call firefighter for the City of Kelowna. He continued his paid-on call service in Pemberton and Golden before commencing his Fire career in Edmonton in 2000. He left Edmonton in 2007 to move to Port Coquitlam Fire before moving back to Kelowna in 2009.
He is the 1st vice president of the Fire Prevention Officers Association of British Columbia and was a sessional instructor for the Justice Institute for many years teaching inspection and investigation courses. He holds the Fire prevention Officer Certificate, Level 2 Safety Code Officer Designation and multiple National Fire Prevention Association certifications such as Level 2 firefighter, investigator, inspector, fire officer, safety officer etc. Furthermore, he has sat on the NRC Standing committee for fire protection for three years helping create the National Building Code.
Paul is passionate about fire prevention and the fire service and is struggling with the fact that he may have to put his feet up and retire one day.
