Building maintenance schedules: how to build one, best practices, etc. and real-world examples of sales in buildings with deferred maintenance and large project vs. comparables. You will also learn about Depreciation reports and the importance of following and planning for and capital projects. They will discuss real world projects with expanded costs because of deferred maintenance.

Nichole Brackett is a professional engineer with 14 years of experiencing serving BC’s strata/condominium market. Her work includes building envelope consulting for investigations/evaluations; maintenance, repair, and renewal projects; and new construction projects; as well as depreciation reports and other whole-building assessments – for all building types. Nichole is the Regional Manager of Sense Engineering’s Interior BC office and continues to deliver projects throughout the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and BC Interior.
