Mugurel Mic
Mugurel is a Partner at Condo Clear Services, a BC licensed company specializing in strata document reviews, strata consulting and strata warranty consulting.
With a background in strata property management and having evaluated thousands of strata corporations across British Columbia, he brings broad insight into governance, financial health, and operational risk within strata communities. He writes and presents regularly on strata related topics and serves on the Board of Directors of CCI BC.
Yang Fei
Yang has extensive project management and leadership experience, cultivating new services and diverse teams. He has overseen the delivery of large projects involving interdisciplinary teams and has extensive experience working with lawyers, insurers, developers, and scientists.
Yang studied at the University of British Columbia and has served on the Board of the Real Estate Institute of Vancouver. He has also been a council member on two strata councils, serving more than 500 unit owners.
Justin Tudor
Justin Tudor, P.Eng., is President of Keller Engineering, a multi-disciplinary building science and building envelope consulting firm specializing in residential building restoration since 1982. With more than 20 years of experience in building science and structural engineering, Justin has led depreciation reports, hundreds of building condition assessments, and technical investigations, while also helping resolve complex issues involving water infiltration, cladding failures, and structural deterioration.
A strong advocate for education and collaboration within the strata industry, Justin has volunteered with the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) for more than a decade. He is also a regular speaker at industry conferences across Canada, where he shares practical insights and expertise on building performance, restoration, and strata building science.
