Mugurel Mic
Mugurel is a Partner at Condo Clear Services, a BC licensed company specializing in strata document reviews, strata consulting and strata warranty consulting.
With a background in strata property management and having evaluated thousands of strata corporations across British Columbia, he brings broad insight into governance, financial health, and operational risk within strata communities. He writes and presents regularly on strata related topics and serves on the Board of Directors of CCI BC.
Yang Fei
Yang has extensive project management and leadership experience, cultivating new services and diverse teams. He has overseen the delivery of large projects involving interdisciplinary teams and has extensive experience working with lawyers, insurers, developers, and scientists.
Yang studied at the University of British Columbia and has served on the Board of the Real Estate Institute of Vancouver. He has also been a council member on two strata councils, serving more than 500 unit owners.
Justin Tudor
Justin has more than 15 years of experience in the field of building science and structural engineering. He has overseen and completed hundreds of reserve fund studies, building conditions assessments and technical audits, while leading building element investigation including odour transfers, cladding failures, water infiltration, concrete, masonry deterioration and membrane replacements. As a contract administrator, Justin prepares drawings and specifications for the structural rehabilitations, win- dow and roofing replacements, parking renewals, and envelope restorations.
