Following the educational seminar, CCI British Columbia will host its Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Members are encouraged to attend and participate in the governance of the Chapter.
The AGM provides an opportunity to review Chapter business, receive updates, and participate in matters requiring member consideration.

Unable to Attend the Annual General Meeting?
Your participation in the governance of CCI British Columbia is important, even if you cannot attend the meeting.
Members who are unable to attend may use the AGM Proxy Form to appoint a representative to act on their behalf, in accordance with the Chapter’s bylaws and the instructions on the form.
A properly completed proxy may assist the Chapter in achieving the required
quorum and may be used for eligible AGM business, including
nominations or voting, where permitted by the Chapter’s bylaws and the terms of the proxy.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PROXY
Step 1: Download and print the AGM Proxy Form.
Step 2: Complete the required member and proxy information.
Step 3: Sign and date the completed form.
Step 4: Submit your completed proxy in accordance with the instructions provided on the form.
