Asbestos education is necessary for strata managers and owners. Many people assume that only older constructions/buildings contain asbestos, but this is a misconception. Even newer stratas can have asbestos, especially if constructed with materials recycled from older buildings or sourced from suppliers who have not fully eliminated asbestos from their products.
This webinar will discuss the potential presence of asbestos, how to identify it, proper safety protocols during renovations and the steps to take if they suspect its presence.
