Gurmeet Ghera
Gurmeet works on developing and implementing decarbonization policies for existing large buildings, which includes working and partnering with commercial and residential sectors, utilities, consultants, and other levels of jurisdictions. Gurmeet was part of the team that developed the first GHG limits for existing buildings in Canada and now leads the implementation of the Annual GHG and Energy Limits By-law and Energize Vancouver resource hub.
Kasha Malling
As a program manager for Touchstone IQ, Kasha is responsible for assisting the City of Vancouver to implement the Annual GHG By-Law and operate the help centre. With several years of experience in the benchmarking field, Kasha has learned to effectively assist building owners with understanding and complying with energy and carbon reporting programs. Her role includes designing and conducting training sessions for building owners, assisting complex properties, crafting building owner communications, resolving quality control data issues, and providing help centre support and guidance to other staff.
